I Have Asthma, COPD, Insulin Resistant Diabetes, High Cholest, High

I have asthma, COPD, insulin resistant diabetes, high cholest, high blood pressure, herniated discs (L3-5) and arthritis in my hands, neck and feet. I am on 22 meds, one of which is Invokanna. For the last 2 days, I have ached all over (head to toe) and am having difficulty peeing. I am feeling weak and just yucky in general. I have had squamous cell growths on my face twice in the last year. Don't know if that matters. I felt this way on other time in my life...that was when I stopped taking prednisone after being steroid dependant for 25 yrs. I can't get in to see my doctor until Monday afternoon, around 4. Do you feel this needs to be addressed sooner? What could possibly be wrong with me?
