I Have Asthma, I Use Albuteral, Today I Had Bad

I have asthma, I use albuteral, today I had bad shortness of breathe and I tried to gasp so hard that I heard a popping sound coming from my left lung, My trachea is shifting towards my right and every time I breathe it hurts and I can hear and feel the popping noises again. I need to know if I need to go to the ER
