I Have Asthma. Lately Ivebeeen Getting Sick On And Off.

I have asthma. Lately ivebeeen getting sick on and off. But not healing completely in between. I've been undecided for over week to go to emergency. Don't have a doctor at the moments. Right now I have pain in my forehead. Coughing on and off and slight tightens on my cheat. Yesterday was better three or four days ago I had chest pain headaches and trouble with my asthma. I've been like this for around a month not sure maybe more. I don't know what to do anymore? I'm really tired of beign like this. I feel nauseas on and off. Also I have severe pain on my back.that another thing. I'm really tired of being sick. Should I go to the emergency room or not? Um home don't go out much only when needed.
