I Have Asthma And I Came Down With A Chest

I have asthma and I came down with a chest cough 3 weeks ago that is getting worse. I have g 60mg one thru 2 rounds of Azithromycin 500 mg and a taper down schedule of prednisone starting at 60mg and decreasing by 10mg, then 5,4,3,2,1. 4 days ago my chest started feeling like it was squeezing my chest at my sternum when I tried to swallow anything. I was started back on Prednisone 60mg yesterday decreasing the same as before. the squeezing has lessen a little and I am able to swallow food but not responding as quick as I have in the past. Still using my Advair and nebulizer and taking dayquil and nightquil for post nasal drip(clear) and cough. My voice is very deep and raspy sounding.
