I Have Asthma, And Normally Get Bronchitis, But Usually When

I have asthma, and normally get bronchitis, but usually when I get bronchitis I either cough or have a fever. I have had neither of those but sharp pain what feels like in my lungs when I breath, light headedness, sweats, and just feeling blah... could this be bronchitis
