I Have At Least 1 Herniated Disc C6-C7 With Previous

I have at least 1 herniated disc C6-C7 with previous lamenectomy of L5 S1. recently pain and numbness changed from left arm to both arms and hands intermittently increasing with activity. Is it likely I have further damage or also have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? I have a tough time being inactive.
