I Have Ataxia, Burning Sensations And Stabbing Pains In My

I have ataxia, burning sensations and stabbing pains in my legs, headaches almost daily currently being treated with an anti seizure med and is starting to help. MRI of brain does not show lesions consistent with MS. Have extreme fatigue. Tingling sensations in my fingers. LP showed elevated protein. Slight elevation in MS and anti thyroid Hashimotos, but blood for T3, T4and TSH see normal. Any ideas?
