I Have Atrialfibriation, Diabetes, Asthma. I Have Been Told I

I have atrialfibriation, diabetes, asthma. I have been told I have an enlarged heart. Lately I have had cramps in my feet. Also I am so lathargic, with no energy. I never sleep more than three to four hours but lately I can dose off at any time. My ankles have swollen and becoming painful. I have had blood tests to see if i have anemia. Can this be the reason for these side effects?
