I Have Backpain For Last 2years And Found Disc Bulge

I have backpain for last 2years and found disc bulge at L4-L5levels(not severe)recently and l have been taking medicines shelcal tablets and neurobuon forte for 4days and the doctor prescribed for 3monthd.whether i can conceive now?id there any sideeffects or problems in taking these vitamin tablets before conception and during first trimester.can i take folic acid alobg with this!
