I Have Bad Diarrhea And I Am Not Digesting Vegetables

I have bad diarrhea and I am not digesting vegetables . Sometimes there is blood in my stool . No appetite and every time I try to eat something I feel nauseous and I am also really bloated. I have again a lot of weight. I am latose interolant and I am not eating any dairy products.My blood tests came back normal and what should I do now. Thanks so much if you can help me find out what is going on with me.
