I Have Bad Hearing Problems, I Have Fairly New Hearing

I have bad hearing problems, I have fairly new hearing aids from COSTCO, I can hear pretty good with them, but when watching a movie, or having a conversation, I have a very hard understanding what I hear! Is there any way I can help this.? I am 75 yrs old, and have no income except SS.
I knew you or anyone else would not be free help!
