I Have Bad Iching In My Legs And Arms I

I have bad iching in my legs and arms I am on some medication but my Dr has been through them all and says should not be doing it. I also take humaira shots for my R A. I can take Benedryl a lot of it and it will go away it comes with no warning and leaves. I can go 2 days and not have a problem. No rash just very intense like pins or bee stings I need some help.
