I Have Bad Pain And Tightness , In My RHS

I have bad pain and tightness , in my RHS buttock area, have been told tight glutes, have had steroid injection, as was thought a bursitis, relief after injection lasts two months, then pain back.. Difficult climbing stairs, sleeping, now getting pins and needles in right hand. Physio suggesting it's trapping sciatic nerve.
What should I do?
