I Have Bad Veins In The Back Of My Legs

I have bad veins in the back of my legs and now they are so painful and won't let me bend my legs ,so I can't bend to even sit on the toilet without screaming in pain. I find it hard to walk or get on and off the bed ,I can't even bend to get into the car the pain is so great so I'm confined to bed please help me solve this as I'm crying in pain all the time .
