I Have Balance Problems, Have Been OK'd By My Neurologist

I have balance problems, have been OK'd by my neurologist (MRI negative), but have fallen twice and take my time standing up. What type of Doctor should I see? My regular dr had me go to the radiologist, which showed neuropsy in both legs. What are my options? Dave.
