I Have Balanitis, I'm Not A Doctor But I've Diagnosed

I have balanitis, I'm not a doctor but I've diagnosed this by reading the symptoms and it seems to have match the most. I'm 245 lbs, Male, and I'm trying to find a doctor that could give me the medications for this problem. Or if there is any over the counter stuff that I could possibly take to get rid of it.
