I Have Bc, Ned 6 Yrs Now, I Have Lost

I have bc, ned 6 yrs now, i have lost 1 friend to bc met to liver, my other friend was stage 3b, esther and I were 2a. Maureen is 4 now with mets to liver, 2 gamma knife for brain mets, whole brain rads, on her I think 5 or 6 chemo drug, her liver enzyme scores are in the thousands, she is not getting chemo on mon. having had explosive diarrhea and lost 10 lbs in last 2 wks. Her Dr. who is a wonderful man and always explains everything to her, sent her home today, said he would call her this weekend. On getting into the office she was so weak she passed out, her son caught her. We have a strong support group of 6 of us, should we be getting ourselves ready for hospice?
