I Have Been Dx'd With Coccyxdynia. The Pain Began About

I have been Dx'd with coccyxdynia. The pain began about three years ago and the shape of my BM has also changed to that of an almost flattened triangle. I have had bone scans, x-rays, MRI's and CT scans. The only relief from the pain has been a ganglion block which only lasted about 36 hours. It has been an ongoing battle to try to evacuate the bowels. No, I am not constipated nor am I impacted. It also has been affecting the urinary stream as I either have to pass gas or force some amount of BM (no matter how small) in order to allow for the urine to pass fully. I am a VA patient and it has taken three years just to get this far in the process of diagnosing and still no answer or even any relief. I have not fallen or injured my coccyx.
