I Have Been A Light Coke User For About 2

I have been a light coke user for about 2 months, weekends only, 3-4 small lines per a night. The most recent use was 6 nights ago, 3 small lines. I just found out I was hired for a job on condition of me passing a hair follicle test. Is this a guaranteed fail? My test is in 4 days.
