I Have Been Advised I Have High Cholesterol I Know

I have been advised I have high cholesterol I know I need to lose some weight recently I have been feeling nauseous, dizzy, and seem to be sleeping about 12. -16 hours during a 24 hour period. No energy to do much else have lost all passion to exercise. Use to to walk about 3 - 5 k. A day. I also have low blood pressure so I've been advised. Also feel sometimes my heart is beating fast
