I Have Been Advised By A Heart Doctor I Have

I have been advised by a heart doctor I have cardiomyopathy, left venticular failure and possibly CHF. I have also had two cervical fusions, and have three compression fractures in my low back, that are inoperable. I discovered an OTC with quinine in it after the second surgery in 2007 that helped with the daily pain. In 2013 I get hammered by a heart doctor with his impressions. Can Quinine cause these type of symptoms or damage? Thank you, WHM.
