I Have Been Advised Of The Findings Of Nonsignificant Valvular

I have been advised of the findings of nonsignificant valvular heart disease w/ mild trace of mitral and tricuspid regurgitation and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. I'm on high blood pressure meds and am taking up to 9-12 bayer asprin a day. I still find myself with uncomfortable chest pain which seems to be mainly on the left side. I find I cannot over exert myself due to feeling faint. Should I be on a over the counter medication as opposed to the bayer?
