I Have Been Advised To Take Susten SR 300 Vaginally.

I have been advised to take Susten SR 300 vaginally. I inserted it at night but it did not dissolve fully and came out while bathing next morning. It did not come out with urine over the night or the next day morning. Is it effective even if not dissolved fully?
