I Have Been Advised Trimetaday-2, One Each In The Morning

I have been advised trimetaday-2, one each in the morning and evening before food and 16 units of insulin in the morning after food.
My fbs -150 & ppbs - 190 after taking this medicine.

I was told Trimetaday-2 is a banned tablet.

Kindly advise me alternate medicine
