I Have Been Allergic To Most BP Meds Like Lisnopril

I have been allergic to most BP Meds like lisnopril etc. I end up in the ER unable to breathe with my face and neck turning red and my throat and lips swell. I am taking Metoprolol and it is agreeing with my system ..but not taking the BP down..I have tried Hydrocholozide to help ..but that messes up my sugar levels. I am 172/92
