I Have Been Allergic To Penicillin Since I Was 7

I have been allergic to penicillin since I was 7 years old. In my 30s I became allergic to blue cheese, gorgonzola and brie. I have a tooth invention and was given clindamycin (itchy, hives and blood shot eyes) they then gave me azithromycin, within 10 minutes I had to be rushed to the ER. The gave me a new prescription for dpxycycline (I havent taken it yet). all the research I do states I should not be allergic to all of these things stating one has nothing to to with the other. Will skin testing even work?
