I Have Been Applying Candid -B Cream On My Groins

I have been applying candid -B cream on my groins and inner thigh area for quite some time. I get temporary relief for a few days. It reappears after a few days. Isnt there any way to get rid of it.
Now my toe nail is infected. It hurts-pricking pain. I applied candid- lotion. No relief at all. What to do? Please advise. Should I take antibiotics?
