I Have Been Back On Losartan 50 Mg At Night

I have been back on Losartan 50 mg at night for about a week now after trying other blood pressure pills. I have been experiencing stuffy nose, bloody discharge when I blow my nose, and drainage and sometimes cough up a little blood colored sputum, have a dry cough, increased thirst and hoarseness and it's an effort to talk sometimes, feel week, when trying to talk and chest heaviness and tightness. Are these side effects of Losartan? Weakness and heaviness in chest and tiredness,
