I Have Been Bleeding Every Time I Have Sex For

I have been bleeding every time I have sex for about 3 months now. My pelvis is always hurting, my back hurts, I've had like a pee substance that leaks out of me and I've been getting severe dizzy spells for about a month now and they are getting worse. I'm scared I might have cervical cancer. I have all the risk factors and all of the symptoms.
