I Have Been Bleeding For 6 Weeks. I Am Almost

I have been bleeding for 6 weeks. I am almost 50 years old, so I figure this is just menopause or perimenopause. The first three weeks, I had LOTS of baseball size clots. Then that mainly went away but still heavy bleeding. As of today it is not as bright, very brown and foul smelling. But, I suspect it is coming to an end because of the color. Is this normal?
