I Have Been Bleeding For About 2 Weeks Now That

I have been bleeding for about 2 weeks now that started with my period but now I dont know what it is. I had missed my period and then got it and thought it was just a long period but I have been bleeding now for almost 2 weeks. It isnt heavy because I bleed but nothing shows in my underwear. I only know I'm bleeding when I wipe.
