I Have Been Bleeding Vaginally And It’s Extremely Heavy For

I have been bleeding vaginally and it’s extremely heavy for about 6 weeks now. I have had headaches, cramps and fatigue. Now, I am feeling overally exerted from just about anything I do, as well as feeling nauseated frequently. I went on birth control 1 month ago and feel as though things are getting worse. I don’t see my doctor until Nov. Should I be concerned?
