I Have Been Borderline Overactive Thyroid For Several Years, I

I have been borderline overactive thyroid for several years, i started taking ubiquinol about 9 months ago and my thyroid has increased slightly. my consultant wants to start medication for thyroid and i told her i was taking ubiqinol, and she didnt think it had anything to do with the change in thyroid. is it still safe to take ubiquinol ?
