I Have Been Breaking Out In Hives For Over 4

I have been breaking out in hives for over 4 weeks. I went to doctor and they said it was a bacterial infection. My arms, legs and now face are broken out...as soon as two go away, three more break out. I took 14 days of Augmentin and after two days being off meds, I started breaking out again. The second PA changed me to Clindamycin every six hours...after almost a week, I am still breaking out. Now on my face. I am going crazy itching. I am diabetic so Prednisone caused my sugar to sky rocket and I had to stop it..What should I do?
