I Have Been Causing For Weeks Now And Sometimes Fighting

I have been causing for weeks now and sometimes fighting to breath. I bring up clear bubbly spiral and make loud cracking notice that seems to come from my chest to my throat. I also for many months now have shortness of breath and can not walk far, before my breathing gets worse. It has also been effected a great deal by the heat.
