I Have Been Checked For A Stroke, And They See

I have been checked for a stroke, and they see no signs of it . I also don't have diabetes. I become numb on one side, my leg and foot, I can just pick my left side up and it has no feeling just numb, I some times fall , and I have a tingling and burning in my feet. My memory is not good, I use to work with numbers but now I am not adding correctly. I can sleep all night, but in the morning I am so tired, I give out immediately with no energy.
I am a female between the age of 55 and 65. Thank you YYYY@YYYY
