I Have Been Checked For Adrenal Gland Problems But Nothing

I have been checked for adrenal gland problems but nothing substantial came from that, I have high blood pressure, in check now but for a long time was hard to regulate. I was told for years I had a heart murmur but now doesn't seems to be active or unheard. I am 62 and had a complete hysterectomy when I was 42. I had uterine cancer which mestasticised to my bowels and colong. I had no chemo or radiation. Just hormone replacement afterward until it came out that was bad for you. My body will not hold Potassium. So I take Hydralazine, Amlodipine, Levotyroxin, Hydrochlorotyazide, and 2 20 MCG Klor Cons daily. My hair is getting very fine like sweater fuzz almost and falling out. The Endocrinologist told me to try the topical treatment for hair loss. My question is: Does my medicines cause this? My hair is lifeless. Also, is there anything I may can talk to my doctor about in this situation?
