I Have Been Chocking On Thick Mucus In Throat For

I have been chocking on thick mucus in throat for almost two years. Recently I can't sleep it is so bad. I have tried diet and Avymys but is does nothing. Sometimes I feel like I can't breathe and am choking. And suggestions. I am desperate! It's 3:30 am and not even my Clonazepam is working!
