I Have Been Consistently Having Heartburns Every Three Days Since

I have been consistently having heartburns every three days since January 2016 with some constipation. Now it really making my esphogus very sensitive. It feels like I have a mucus build up like a sore throat but I don't have a sore throat. In addition, when I touch that area near the center of my windpipe it hurts and make it burn. And when this occurs I have very loose stool and it burns when I release my waste from my body. I was told by a my medical health provider it was GERD.
