I Have Been Contacted By My GP To Say That

I have been contacted by my GP to say that a scan has detected thickening of the lining of the uterus. I have no bleeding but I am also using estriol for atrophy of the vagina and have a yellow discharge. GP did not ask about any other discharge. I assumed the estriol cream was causing the yellow discharge. Is this likely?
