I Have Been Coughing (dry Cough) Since November. I Now

I have been coughing (dry cough) since November. I now have a head cold, left side of face hurts, and cough has turned into hacking which takes place mostly at night but occurs throughout the day. I had a flu and pneumonia shot. should I be concerned.
