I Have Been Coughing My Head Off In The Mornings

I have been coughing my head off in the mornings and this cough seems to go away and come back. I thought I got rid of it 3 weeks ago but now it's back and I keep hearing gurgling bubbles and a wheezing sound when I breathe. I am taking mucinex- and the gurgling has not gone away. I am leaving on a weekend trip to Florida (from Michigan) to go to Disneyland and I don't know if I should pop into the clinic first before I go. Obviously gurgling, wheezing and bubbles aren't good. Advice would be appreciated
