I Have Been Dealing With A Boil On My Inner

I have been dealing with a boil on my inner thigh (panty line) for about two yrs now. It stays small and unnoticeable if I don't botherit but gets about an inch swollen deep under the skin surface if I try to squeeze it. Like my body fights it off to make it very small purple hue skin spot and never goes away. I haven't tried warm compress yet either. I do have a small heart murmur and the doctor says it's a very slight one, that I should be fine. But I was so tired of this bump and tried to figure a way to get rid of it for good and seen its supposed to be dangerous to have a boil and heart murmur. Why is it dangerous and what would the dr do?
