I Have Been Dealing With A Sudden And Randomly Appearing

I have been dealing with a sudden and randomly appearing rash for two days. It keeps popping up in different areas. First on my arm, then on my face and now on my lower abdomen. It doesn't really itch and I have taken Benadryl to help but it doesn't seem to be going away completely.
