I Have Been Dealing With An Issue In My Left

I have been dealing with an issue in my left nasal cavity / sinus for several years. The mucus is thicker there, taan in the right . I drink several glasses of water daily (6, or 8 glasses), and I also use saline nasal spray several times per day, as well. Any idea what may be going on? :-o
