I Have Been Dealing With Plantar Fasciitis Pain For The

I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis pain for the last 19 months. i have been getting shooting pain in my heel and outer lateral aspect of that foot(left). Now for the past 2 wks i have been experiencing stabbing pain in my right shin area . Today i felt an electrifying sensation on my left foot(lateral outer aspect). What kind of over the counter drugs may cause these symptoms if any?
