I Have Been Dealing With Rashes On My Cheeks, In

I have been dealing with rashes on my cheeks, in my hair, all over my upper back, my arms, and a few on my chest. I went to the dentist today and discovered that I have an accessed tooth and now need a root canal. Could the two be related? I have been to the dermatologist twice and she has no clue or cure for the cause of the rashes! Thanks for the help.
