I Have Been Dealing With Swelling In The Testicles. My

I have been dealing with swelling in the testicles. My doctor said it's epididymitis-orchitis. Gave me some antibiotics the swelling decreased but never completely went away. I noticed that I can't get fully erect and if I do it goes away rather quickly. I have been masterbating. Could that be the cause to why it hasn't completely gone away?
