I Have Been Dealing With Swollen A Chillies For About

I have been dealing with swollen a chillies for about three years now, have been to a podiatrist he told me there's no need to go to orthopedics because they would not be able to help me. My achilles are swollen and would can't do anything for it, I was told to take ibuprofen but it's not working.
