I Have Been Diagnoised With Hyperparathyroidism I Have Been Given

I have been diagnoised with hyperparathyroidism
I have been given a subscription and I am taking 0.025 MG of Levothyroxine a day, 1/2 hour before breakfast.
According to other information I have, this drug is for UNDER action of the thyroid, not over action.
What shall I do?
